园艺(090102)
一、专业简介
本专业属于农业学科门类的植物生产类。主干学科为园艺学和生物学,修业年限为四年,授予农学学士学位。本专业员工主要学习园艺植物的栽培、育种、病虫害防治、生物技术及园艺产品采后贮藏加工、商品化处理等方面的基本理论,接受果树、蔬菜和观赏植物生产、管理及新品种选育等方面的基本技能训练,掌握果树、蔬菜和观赏植物新品种选育、栽培管理及园艺产业发展规划等方面的基本能力,具备园艺植物遗传改良与良种繁育、栽培管理与病虫害防治、园艺产品商品化处理与营销、观光园规划与建设等专业技能,能够在果树、蔬菜、观赏园艺、园林绿化及其他相关领域从事现代园艺生产、科技推广、产业开发、经营管理及教学和科研等方面工作的学术型人才。
